By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk69 platform (accessible at pk69.asia and its subdomains), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the pk69 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk69 platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk69 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
Access to and use of pk69 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
pk69 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified in the request, pk69 may suspend or permanently close the account.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on pk69. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. pk69 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and updating it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk69 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk69 immediately via email at [email protected].
pk69 will never solicit your password through email, live chat, or any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk69 support immediately.
pk69 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your pk69 account.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk69 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit using a payment method belonging to another person constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk69 wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within one to two business hours during standard banking days. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
pk69 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may impose their own fees which are outside pk69's control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
Before the first withdrawal can be processed, Users must complete the pk69 Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may include a selfie or proof of payment method ownership. pk69 reserves the right to request additional documentation.
Withdrawal requests are processed during Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) business hours. Processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours; bank transfers within one to two business days; USDT TRC20 withdrawals within one to six hours depending on network conditions.
pk69 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending security verification, AML review, or in cases where suspicious activity is suspected. Users will be notified of any delay and the reason where disclosure is legally permissible.
All bets placed on pk69 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market in question, including but not limited to cricket betting rules, PSL match-specific settlement rules, casino game rules, and slot game rules as displayed in-platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail.
pk69 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

All content on the pk69 platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data feeds, is the intellectual property of pk69 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk69 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from pk69 may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pk69.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk69, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk69's own negligence to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
pk69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or at the User's own request. In the event of account termination due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances.

pk69 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from within your account settings. Users who believe their gambling behaviour may be harmful are strongly encouraged to use these tools immediately.
Self-exclusion requests submitted to pk69 will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, pk69 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the platform. Users acknowledge that absolute technical prevention cannot be guaranteed where multiple devices or browsers are used.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under the international licensing framework under which pk69 operates.
